The IKON Trust for Youth Empowerment & Social Harmony (ITYESH) is dedicated to developing principled, confident, community-rooted youth leaders across Southern India.
Each year, we conduct 10-12 residential Youth Leadership Programmes, training around 500 young adults (ages 21–35) and (ages 14-18) to live with purpose, integrity, cultural grounding, and service.
